March 18 - Chef's Table
Dinner was at the Chef's Table this evening
With 13 of my friends
It is a specialized 5 course meal, paired with wine, including dessert
And Chef Garret was our chef
Course One was Scallop Carpaccio
Course Two was a Smoked Tomato Soup, It starts with the ingredients and then the Smoked Tomato soup on top.
Course Three is a Maine Lobster Salad
Course Four was a Roasted Branzino - Which I forgot to take a picture of.
Course Five was a Grilled Filet Mignon. I took 1/2 of it home with me for sandwiches tomorrow
We had an Expresso Martini, which I didn't drink. I don't like coffee much less expresso
And finally, The world - A Peanut Butter Ganache Valrhona Chocolate Mousse, Salted Caramel Gelato
