August 4 - Stockholm, Sweden

Stockholm, Sweden is one of the most confusing towns that I've been in. Especially since it is made up of 14 islands with 57 bridges. Sweden as a whole is made up of 270 Islands.
I do have to say, it was a beautiful ride up the Baltic Sea Archipelago. What is an archipelago, you ask? Well it is an area that contains a chain or group of islands scattered in lakes, rivers, seas or the ocean.

 We took a Panoramic excursion today and saw;
The Harbor

Monuments
Some Symbolic
The 'Hand" (memorializing the Swedes who died in the Spanish Civil war)
And Mr. Walker - Comic Book Phantom's alter ego. A walkable town

Some Historic

The Palace - not very ornate

some Residences - very ornate. Tiger Woods' ex-wife has a place here.

Down Town

My favorite place was the City Hall, which is also the auditorium for the Nobel Prizes, award ceremonies

Other Sights Around Town

And of course there were some Cool Structures
