May 4 - Mumbai (Bombay), India

Here we are in Mumbai, India and it's time do a little sightseeing

We first saw the Gateway to India, which is an arch-monument completed in 1924 on the waterfront of Mumbai (Bombay), India. It was erected to commemorate the landing of George V for his coronation as the Emperor of India in December 1911. He was the first British monarch to visit India.

But first we had to go through armed guard inspection

Next to the Gate is the Taj Mahal Hotel (old and new tower)

And all three from the water

Don't ask me, someone was so excited they literally had their shoes knocked off
